Grand Meeting at Retro Classics Essen

From 8 to 12 April 2026, we will once again be at our usual spot at the Spring Fair in Essen. In the Galeria, we will be at Stand B10 – almost exactly where we were in previous years – and easy to find at the passageway between Halls 3 and 4.

Spring is the perfect time for us to hold discussions and exchange ideas about the Grand Meeting – we’re really looking forward to it.

The 2026 spring classic car season gets off to a flying start with Retro Classics in Essen. With packed exhibition halls, unusual exhibits, plenty of community moments and a wealth of experiences centred on the world’s most beautiful – and rustiest – hobby. Essen and Retro Classics are back at their familiar venue, on their usual date, with a fresh new concept.

We highly recommend the extremely rare Bugattis in the exhibition dedicated to the special theme ‘Bugatti Royale’ – fantastic exhibits and a remarkable story centred on the limousines of emperors and kings. It’s a real rarity to see this selection on display. We were lucky enough to have a sneak peek beforehand.

The exhibition is also made special by the offerings from dealers, premium suppliers, clubs and youngtimer specialists, with a total of almost 3,200 vehicles on display. This is where the ‘scene’ is – Essen is not only the heart of the region, right on the doorstep of our Grand Meeting – it is the beating heart of the classic car world in spring 2026.
